What in-app deletion removes

The secure deletion service validates the signed-in member and, once completion is confirmed, permanently deletes the Supabase Auth account and its associated cloud member records, including the account profile, tailoring answers, plan and workout snapshot, linked Tyler AI daily usage count and any reported AI replies. The app then clears its local account, member plan, workout history, notes, progress information, local Tyler AI conversation and other app-managed local data and signs out.

If the secure service cannot confirm deletion, the app displays an error and does not present the account as deleted. Deleting or uninstalling the app alone does not delete the cloud account. Copies in a device backup controlled by you may need to be managed through your device or backup provider.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with the account. We may request limited information needed to confirm identity. Do not send a password, authentication link, payment-card details or medical documents.

What may be retained

We will erase personal data that we are required to erase. Limited records may be retained where necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, protect security or establish legal claims. We will explain the outcome of a request and any lawful retention that applies.

Timing and privacy contact
