1. About us

Tyler Tailored Fitness is operated by ConCraft Limited, Irish company number 575358, registered at 3 Brindley Park Road, Brindley Park, Ashbourne, Co. Meath, A84 D526, Ireland. Contact support@tylertailoredfitness.com for support.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 to use the service. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Information you provide should be accurate enough to produce a useful starting point, and you should update it when your circumstances change.

3. Fitness, nutrition and AI boundary

Tyler is an AI-created coaching persona, not a human personal trainer, doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian. The service provides general exercise, fitness, recovery and meal-planning education. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent a condition and does not replace individual advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Plans, calorie estimates, progression suggestions and live AI answers are automated outputs based on limited information. They can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable if that information is wrong or your circumstances have changed. Review them before use, do not use the coach for an emergency, and seek professional guidance when appropriate.

4. Train responsibly

You are responsible for choosing loads, exercises, food and activities suitable for your health, experience, equipment and surroundings. Use safe technique and inspect equipment before use. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness, chest pain, unusual shortness of breath or another concerning symptom, and seek appropriate medical help. If symptoms are urgent, contact local emergency services.

5. What this release provides

This release provides general fitness and nutrition education, rules-based programme tailoring, exercise demonstrations, workout logging, progress tools, meal-planning guidance and an optional live Tyler AI Coach. Tyler is an AI-created coaching persona, not a human coach or healthcare professional. The initial public service is free: it has no paid subscription, free trial or in-app purchase. The live coach is limited to 20 member messages per UTC day and requires an internet connection. Limits and availability may change as the service is maintained.

6. Accounts and acceptable use

An account is required for member features. Supabase is used for authentication and an access-controlled cloud snapshot of account details, tailoring answers, plans and workout progress. A local copy supports interrupted connectivity, but cloud saving can be delayed when a connection fails. Keep access to your device and account secure. Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security, interfere with other members, upload unlawful or abusive material, impersonate another person, use the service to facilitate harm, or copy and redistribute licensed exercise media. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect members, the service or legal rights.

7. Intellectual property

The app and website interface, Tyler Tailored Fitness branding, programmes, written guidance, photographs and licensed exercise media are protected by intellectual-property rights. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership or permit resale, republication or use to build a competing product.

8. Free service and later features

No payment is required for the features in this release. If ConCraft Limited later introduces a paid service or another materially different feature, the app will describe the feature, relevant data use and any price or renewal terms before you choose to use or buy it. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Availability and changes

We may improve, replace, suspend or remove features and content. We will take reasonable care in providing the service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every recommendation will meet a member's individual needs. Material changes to these terms will be communicated appropriately.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or limits rights that Irish or EU consumer law gives you. To the extent permitted by law, ConCraft Limited is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for loss caused by unsafe use, inaccurate member information, ignoring a warning, or use outside the service's intended educational purpose.

11. Ending use and deleting data

You can stop using the service at any time. A signed-in member can use Delete account in the app. The secure deletion service validates the signed-in account and, once completion is confirmed, permanently removes the Supabase Auth account and associated cloud member records; the app then removes its local account copy and signs out. If deletion cannot be confirmed, the app reports the failure rather than presenting the account as deleted. Instructions and a route for members who cannot access the app are on the Delete account page. Removing the app from a device does not itself delete the cloud account. We may suspend access where necessary to protect members, comply with law or address a serious breach of these terms.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Irish law. The Irish courts have jurisdiction, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available in their country of residence. Questions can be sent to support@tylertailoredfitness.com.
