Programme purchase terms

Effective 20 September 2026. These terms cover PDF programmes sold on this website, in addition to the general service terms.

Your purchase

Each purchase is a one-off personal-use PDF download, separate from app membership. Each of the four training programmes costs €19.99 EUR, £19.99 GBP or US$19.99 USD, according to your selected payment currency. These are fixed prices, not exchange-rate conversions. Protein Made Simple is $9.99 USD and includes its printable planner. Your product page describes the guide and companion files included; checkout shows the final amount and currency before payment. Individual coaching and app membership are not included.

Delivery and access

Following confirmed payment, return to the download page in the same browser and save your guide and any companion PDFs. A PDF reader is required. Keep your payment receipt. Contact support if a paid download fails or you later need help accessing your purchase.

Immediate digital delivery

Before checkout, we ask for your express agreement to immediate delivery and acknowledgement that the usual change-of-mind withdrawal right ends when digital delivery begins. This does not remove your statutory rights if the content is faulty, unavailable or not as described. If you do not agree to immediate delivery, contact us before purchasing.

Problems and remedies

For a missing download, incorrect charge or problem with the file, contact support@tylertailoredfitness.com with the purchase email and receipt. We will investigate and provide the remedies required by applicable consumer law, including a correction, replacement or refund where appropriate. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights.

Personal use

You may keep and print the programme for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish it. No physical item will be shipped. The programme is general fitness or nutrition education and is not medical treatment or a personalised exercise prescription.
